Again the Range Rover Sport Replicated by Chinese Manufacturers
The automotive industry in China is indeed developing rapidly with technology that cannot be underestimated. However, apparently there are still some Chinese car manufacturers who like to do plagiarism.
This was done by Zotye with its T900 product which looks exactly the same as the Range Rover Sport. In fact, quoting from CarnewsChina.com, the dimensions and proportions of the two proportions look similar.
However, there are several distinguishing components such as chrome-colored wide grille and a pair of slanted LED headlights. In addition, the fog lamp on the front bumper was also formed similarly. Unfortunately, Zotye has not issued a detailed specification related to this T900.
According to the same source, Zotye T900 is estimated to carry a 2.0 liter turbo engine that produces 230 Tk of power with a maximum torque of 350 Nm with 8-speed automatic transmission. The kitchen runway is far below the 3.0-liter Range Rover Sport.
The inner sector looks more original, although it combines the design of several European cars, such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and Land Rover. The instrument panel is already carrying digital technology and there are headsets played on the touchscreen in the center of the dashboard.
Some other components also look premium and classy with the embedding of wood panels and leather upholstery. In addition, the steering wheel of this car is equipped with audio control like a luxury car.
It is estimated that the clone of the Range Rover Sport or Zotye T900 will launch in early 2019. It is likely that the selling price will be in the range of CNY170,000.
